Painted en plein air in a canal side alleyway in Venice Italy, April 2014. My view was of Punta della Dogana, the former customs building, now art museum that has as its next door neighbor, the Santa Maria della Salute. The Dogana sits in a prominent spot where the Grand Canal intersects the Giudecca Canal.
