Sundown Downtown

Painted plein air on King Street in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. A whole lot of interesting visits transpired between setting up and packing up -- but the most intriguing was meeting an out-of-town writer who is writing a novel set on that very same corner. Since a murder is part of the story line, I asked if he'd postpone that occurrence until after the painting was done. (And I was out of there.)
