Feeling Sheepish

For the 24th day of the 31-day January challenge, I headed out to Kidwell, a working farm open to the public in Herndon VA. It is a favorite place to paint - more so in balmier weather.  Let's just say today wasn't warm.

Loved the sheep, though ... particularly this one that came to say hello, stayed for a little bit very close then in the near distance.  I spent part of my time at the easel at the fence and part in the car with a highly imperfected new setup I'm trying. Coloring and playing with woolly curls happened there. Next time I'll get there not so close to feeding time.  This was freezing ... but so much fun!
