Golden Hour

Each day is memorable as a painter.  I remember the temperature, wind or calm, where my easel was set up and the conversations surrounding the creation of a painting.  "Golden Hour" is still a work in progress - painted on the first two pre-Spring good weather days in the forecast ... that my schedule allowed me to paint in Great Falls. Yesterday I squeezed in just a little bit of time painting on the back porch of the Artists' Atelier/Arts of Great Falls School in Great Falls VA.  It's one of my favorite views.  People gathering. Ice cream eating.  Kids playing assorted games on the green. Life.

It is now hanging at the Old Brogue Irish Pub in Great Falls VA - Snuggery Dining Room is my mini solo show.
