Dance to the Music

For the summer of 2024, I've been home much more than has been normal for the last decade.  Whenever home, I try to head to the Summer Concerts on the Green in the Great Falls (VA) Village Centre  (where my shared studio -- the Artists' Atelier is located). The concerts are something special -- a gathering place of friends and family enjoying time together.

There is always a flow of visitors at my easel ... especially kids.  Almost all want to find a way to make it into the scene. My last kid addition to the painting is the boy in the striped blue and green shirt with red shoes.  He REALLY wanted to be in the scene and doesn't know he made it in.  Maybe he'll find out another Sunday night.

Two other paintings of the concert that may be available are:

Sunday Night Dance, 16" x 20" (unframed dimensions -- but all paintings are framed with the frame included in the price)

Together on Sunday, 24" x 18" (unframed dimensions -- but all paintings are framed with the frame included in the price). This was painted over four concerts this summer. Phew! Click the image for more info on this piece.
