Under the Umbrian Sun

Framed size: 22.5" x 14.5"

Painted plein air in Italy during a September 10-Day Retreat with friends and fellow artists with the Washington Society of Landscape Painters.  Read about this VERY special adventure in my blog post:

Ten Days In Italy | Stories and Photos

Let me know what you think.

I will be slowly working my way through finishing and photographing all these pieces from this trip. This summer, I had two overseas painting adventures -- the first to Paris and then this one to Umbria, Italy. Totally different and they were separated by just a couple of weeks with a trip up to Rhode Island for the Wickford Art Festival in between. That means I have a LOT of catching up to do in between a fall full of art events.

For now, I will be adding my Italian paintings to my Landscapes and Interiors Collection. This one is there. More to come.

Also see more wanderings in my French Paintings Collection which include works from my earlier summer trip.
