Dressed In Yellow

Rarely do I get the chance to attend an open life session. When I do, there's a built-in element of surprise. You walk in not knowing who the model will be or the pose or the set-up or your view. The times I do make it, it's always about 10 minutes late. So it was on this day when I opened the doors. I could not wait to paint her.

This is not the norm either for what can be accomplished in a single painting session -- or actually any time facing the easel. It was a magical day.
